From Hermitage

Turn left onto Old Hickory Boulevard from
Lebanon Road. At the fourth light, turn right onto Frist Boulevard, leading to Summit Medical Center.

From Nashville -

Take I-40 East to Exit 221A. Follow Central Pike signs. Turn left onto Central Pike at light.
Summit Medical Center is to the right.

Take 1-24 South to the Old Hickory Blvd exit and travel east (right turn) to Nolensville Road. Turn left toward Nolensville. Turn left at the First Tennessee Bank at Oldham Drive. The clinic is two blocks down on the right.

From Brentwood:

Take Concord Road East to Sunset Road (just past Governor’s Club subdivision) and turn right. Sunset Road ends at Nolensville Road so turn left and travel about 1/8 mile to Oldham Dr. (First Tennessee Bank is on the corner) and turn right. The clinic is two blocks down on the right.
