Ext. 221. Turn right on Old Hickory Boulevard. At first light, turn left on Central Pike.

From Hermitage

Turn left onto Old Hickory Boulevard from
Lebanon Road. At the fourth light, turn right onto Frist Boulevard, leading to Summit Medical Center.

From Nashville -

Take I-40 East to Exit 221A. Follow Central Pike signs. Turn left onto Central Pike at light.
Summit Medical Center is to the right.
